1. General Policy
At Aeroman Technologies Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Our cancellation policy is structured to ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance with applicable legal and business standards. This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website, authorized vendors, and direct business engagements.
2. Cancellation Requests & Eligibility
2.1. Timeframe for Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made within 1-2 days of placing the order.
Orders once processed, shipped, or delivered cannot be canceled.
2.2. Non-Cancellable Products & Services
The following categories are non-cancellable and non-refundable:
Customized, Commissioned, or Made-to-Order Products – These include special manufacturing orders, personalized products, and services tailored to specific client needs.
Digital Products & Software – If a customer has accessed, downloaded, or activated a digital service, cancellation is not permitted.
Perishable Goods – If applicable, food products, chemicals, or items with expiration dates cannot be canceled.
Workshops, Courses & Training Programs – Cancellations are not permitted after registration is confirmed. However, rescheduling options may be available.
3. Order Processing & Restrictions
If an order has been processed and shipped, a cancellation request cannot be entertained.
Aeroman Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, stock unavailability, or compliance issues. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
Orders flagged as suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of our Terms & Conditions may be canceled without prior notice.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
4.1. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, the customer must notify our Customer Support Team within 1-2 days of delivery.
The issue must be supported by photographs, videos, and a detailed description of the defect.
4.2. Resolution Process
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
Replacement of the Product (subject to stock availability).
Full Refund if the product is irreparably damaged.
Store Credit for future purchases, based on customer preference.
Customers must return defective or incorrect products in original packaging along with proof of purchase.
5. Services & Subscription Cancellations
Any service subscription cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Refunds for service-based contracts will depend on the nature of the agreement and fulfillment of service deliverables.
6. Refund Processing & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Aeroman Technologies Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
7. Legal Considerations & Disputes
Aeroman Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time.
Any disputes arising from order cancellations or refunds shall be governed by the laws of Kerala, India.
Customers agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the jurisdiction of Thrissur, Kerala.
