1. Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to Aeroman Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing our products, enrolling in our courses, availing our franchise services, or engaging with us in any capacity, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions (T&C).
These T&C govern all services, including but not limited to:
Manufacturing and sale of toys, STEAM kits, and educational products.
Online and offline STEAM courses, workshops, and training programs.
Custom-built projects, robotics solutions, and commissioned work.
Franchise partnerships and business consultancy services.
Future expansions, services, and business offerings.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, kindly refrain from using our services.
2. General Terms
These T&C apply to all users, whether they are individual customers, franchise partners, business clients, or corporate buyers.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Changes will be updated on our website.
By continuing to use our services after modifications, you accept the updated terms.
3. Product & Service Terms
3.1. Toys, STEAM Kits, and Educational Products
Products sold by Aeroman Technologies Pvt Ltd are for educational and personal use only and must not be used for commercial resale without authorization.
All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. However, minor variations in design and appearance may occur.
No warranties are provided for consumable items, such as batteries, soldering kits, sensors, and other electronic components.
3.2. Online & Offline Courses, Workshops, and Training
Enrollment in any Aeroman STEAM course, online program, or in-person workshop requires full or partial payment as per the terms communicated during registration.
Course materials, including videos, PDFs, and assignments, are for personal use only.
Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of our educational content is strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to change course content, schedule, or instructors at any time.
Refunds for courses are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3.3. Franchise & Business Consultancy Services
Aeroman Technologies Pvt Ltd provides franchise services under the brand "Aerolab".
Franchisees are granted a non-transferable, limited license to operate under the Aerolab name.
Franchisees must adhere to the guidelines, quality standards, and operational protocols set by the Company.
Any misuse of the brand name, intellectual property, or violation of franchise agreements will result in legal action.
3.4. Custom-Built Projects & Commission Work
Custom robotics, automation, and commissioned projects are developed based on client requirements.
Once a project scope is agreed upon and initiated, modifications may incur additional costs.
Intellectual Property (IP) developed for custom projects remains with Aeroman Technologies Pvt Ltd unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms
4.1. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
All orders placed through our website, email, or direct sales channels are subject to confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:
The product is out of stock.
Payment verification fails.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
4.2. Pricing & Taxes
Prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable.
International orders may incur customs duties and taxes, which the buyer is responsible for.
4.3. Payment Methods & Security
Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved payment gateways.
We do not store sensitive payment information. Transactions are secured by third-party payment processors.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates due to courier or customs delays.
Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within 1-2 days.

All trademarks, logos, product designs, course materials, and content belong to Aeroman Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of our IP is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
7. Liability & Disclaimers

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
We are not responsible for technical failures, website downtime, or cybersecurity breaches caused by third-party services.
7.2. Product & Service Disclaimer
Products must be used as per the safety guidelines provided.
Robotics kits, electrical products, and mechanical components should be handled under adult supervision if used by minors.
The Company does not guarantee business success for franchisees. Success depends on individual efforts and market conditions.
8. User Conduct & Restrictions
By engaging with us, you agree NOT to:
Use our website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
Copy, distribute, or resell our products, courses, or franchise models without permission.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our website’s security.
Post misleading, offensive, or defamatory content about our company.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Kerala, India.
In case of disputes, parties must first attempt resolution through negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Thrissur, Kerala.
10. Termination of Service
Aeroman Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate any user’s access to its website, services, or products if they:
Violate these T&C.
Engage in fraudulent activities.
